New patient - $155 (1 hour appointment)

ACC New patient - $90 (1 hour appointment)

Follow up appointment - $90 (30 minute appointment)

ACC Follow up appointment - $65 (30 minute appointment)

Concession: Seniors/FT students - $10 reduction

Mon 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tue 8:30am - 4pm

Wed 8:30am - 5:30pm

Thu 8:30am - 5:30pm

Fri 8:30am - 2pm
